Let’s face it, no matter how much you try to remove stains on furniture or upholstery, a little power is needed. I tried out the Hoover Spotless Go Cordless Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner and here’s what happened.
Back story: My makeup room is all carpet and where my vanity is, I never placed a carpet protector to prevent makeup from staining the carpet and after 3 years there is makeup stuck on the carpet. I’ve tried many products to remove the stains but nothing as work so I had to get something with the power to help.
I purchased the Hoover Spotless Go Cordless Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner off Amazon and it was shipped within 2 days (prime of course) and I was so happy that it came everything I needed. For just under $140, you get the vacuum, a scrubbing attachment, removable hose, a ONEPWR 2. 0 Ah Battery, Charger, Trial Solutions.
The first thing that I noticed was how lightweight the vacuum is. Since it is portable, you can take it anywhere as long as the battery is charged. Before my initial use, I charged the battery for a little over 24 hours and so far, one major charge as lasted about 2 major cleaning sessions. The battery life could be better but when it is charged, it gets the job done. I wanted to point out that this battery worked with all Hoover ONEPWR products which I think is awesome. This vacuum is extremely easy to use. Fill the solution tank with Hoover approved solution and get to work.
I used mine near my makeup vanity and WOW, the strong suction combined with Hoover cleaning solution lifted the tough stains with ease. I did not have to do extra scrubbing. I was amazed at how it lifted three years worth of makeup stains!
Overall, I think this is a good vacuum. While the battery life can be better, I do think that is more for getting tough stains out here and there. It is worth having if you have kids or pets. It certainly comes in handy for sure.

I love that this is cordless! I have an old steam cleaner that I like a lot, but when it needs replaced, I’ll be looking for something more lightweight like this!
